Kriti Kharbanda who has interesting projects lined up this year including Guest Iin London and Shaadi Mein Zaroor Aana, is quite fond of Deepika Padukone and there's something the two share in common. They both hail from Bengaluru.

She informs, "Not many know that I had met Deepika when I was auditioning to play her younger sister years ago. We are Bengaluru girls. I was 12 and she was 16 I guess. I was supposed to play her younger sister in an ad. I think she was not aspiring to be an actress back then. I was very young, too."

"I think other than being extremely beautiful and talented, Deepika is one of the nicest people I have met. I didn't expect her to be that humble, she made me feel so comfortable. The conversation we had has been very dear to me," she adds.
